Earlier this month, Ebro challenged Councilman Ydanis Rodriguez to come to Ebro in the Morning and face the citizens of the Inwood section of upper Manhattan about the passed solution to rezone the area making way for about 5,000 new apartments, and businesses.
Citizens are afraid that they will begin to be priced out of their apartments and be forced to move to other parts of the city or another state.
