We previously reported that the rapper accepted a plea deal in 2023 after he and five others were charged with wire fraud charges, including “using stolen IDs to finance private jets, a trip to the Jamaican villa, attaining designer puppies,” and lying about it to authorities.
Herb was sentenced to three years of probation, and ordered to pay $139,968 each in restitution and forfeiture and a fine of $5,500.
