Nicki Minaj won’t be facing a harassment lawsuit anymore.

According to court documents, Jennifer Hough dropped the harassment lawsuit against Nicki. Legal documents, obtained by TMZ, says lawsuit against Nicki was voluntarily dismissed Wednesday (Jan. 12) by Jennifer Hough. The publication points out there wasn’t any financial settlement reached to make it go away. Nicki’s husband, Kenneth Petty remains a defendant.

Nicki seemingly responded with a unicorn emoji. Take a look:

Houghs alleges that when she was 16, she was raped by Kenneth Petty  in 1994, 15 at the time. In 1995, Petty was convicted of first-degree attempted rape. He served nearly 4 years at a NY state prison and was required to register as a sex offender.

The Pettys always denied the allegations. Kenneth claims Houghs was a willing participant. Last year, Houghs claimed the Petty’s allegedly harassed her multiple times and filed a lawsuit against them for “intentional infliction of emotional distress, harassment, and witness intimidation.
