Kehlani is keeping it transparent with her fans!
Earlier this month, she revealed that she identifies as a lesbian. In the past, she said she was queer/bisexual, but now Kehlani is getting more specific.
In a recent Tik Tok video, the songwriter said, I am gay, gay, gay. I finally know I’m a lesbian.” Up until now, Kehlani never flat out said she’s a lesbian. In the video, Kehlani joked and said even though she’s revealing the news, her family “already knew.” Take a look:

Kehlani is a massive advocate for the LGBTQ community. In a recent interview with The Advocate, she spoke on how she considers herself a “queer music.”

In 2018, Kehlani kissed Demi Lovato on stage and came out as queer. She furthered explained in a Tweet around that time and said she’s “not bi or straight.” She said, “I’m attracted to women, men, REALLY attracted to queer men, non-binary people, intersex people, trans people. Lil poly pansexual papi hello good morning. does that answer your questions?”
Last year, the “You Should Be Here” said she’s “definitely on the non-binary scale.” She told DIVA Magazine she’s always been sexually fluid between masculine and feminine.
