Kevin Hart Asks A Judge To Throw Out $60 Million Sex Tape Case

Kevin Hart wants to put some of his legal issues behind him.

Reported on The Blast, the comedian is asking a judge to dismiss his $60 million sex tape case. The incident is from 2017 with a woman named Montia Sabbag. She claims Hart knew that they were being filmed while they were getting intimate. Sabbag believes Hart used her in a plot for a publicity stunt to promote his 2017 Irresponsible Tour.

However, that same year, Hart said he was being extorted for money by someone who threatened to leak the tape. Ultimately, Hart’s former friend Jonathan Todd Jackson was arrested and charged with two felonies for attempted extortion. He pled not guilty in 2018 and faces up to four years if convicted.

Now Hart wants a judge to throw the entire case out. He claims when Sabbag served him the papers, it wasn’t done properly and it was simply thrown at him from a car window. Hart is also accusing Sabbag of not following court rules, according to the report.

Sabbag believes that Hart teamed up with Jackson to make the sex tape. Hart called the claim “baseless.”

Meanwhile, Eniko Hart recently announced that they’re expecting another baby, they already have one together. Hart has been keeping his fan’s mind’s off of the global pandemic with his “Confessions From The Hart” series. Take a look at a recent one:
