It was a great night at the Highline Ballroom as Migos celebrated the release of their second studio album titled CULTURE.
As of 7:30 pm, the line stretched around the up West 16th street around the block as anxious fans waited for their opportunity to celebrate the release with one of their favorite acts.
The sold out crowd began packing the house as DJ Stacks and DJ E-Stylez kept the energy up with their music.
Finally at 9:30pm, the lights went down as Quavo, Offset, and Takeoff hit the stage to a loud roar. The cell phones came out as a sea of fans jumped up and down as Migos performed their second track on the album “T-Shirt.”
Zaytoven was on the stage and decided to show off some of his skills as he played alongside the group for a few of their tracks including “Get Right Witcha,” and “What’s The Price.”
The nearly one hour set was filled with tracks from their album as fans moshed all night in the middle of the floor.
One of the biggest highlights of the night came at the end when they were presented plaques for the number one song in the country “Bad and Boujee.”
The crowd simply went wild as the beat dropped to the song and Offset began his verse. Quavo stood out with his star quality as he decided to spit a freestyle verse in the middle of the song that was quite impressive.
Overall, it was a special night for the Migos crew as they celebrated their album CULTURE with good reviews, and showed why they are the biggest group in hip hop at the moment.
