Following the untimely passing of Nipsey Hussle, a custody battle between the mother of his daughter Emani, and his own sister ensued.
According to TMZ, a court granted custody to Nipsey’s sister Samantha, who his daughter has been living with since he passed.
The report states that they feel that Emani’s mother, Tanisha Foster was not fit to care for her daughter. It also says that they are working on a visitation scheduled so that the 10-year-old could hace time with her mother. She was granted 20 minutes to meet her Emani alone while at court.
Part of the issue is that Foster has a warrant out for her rest due to a 2017 DUI case, and other prior arrests.
