Nipsey Hussle’s legacy continues to live on! Just last year, the rapper received his own pair of Air Jordan 3s called “Victory Lap”, now the late rapper collaboration with Puma will move forward.
Adam Petrick, Puma’s global director of brand and marketing, spoke on the relationship that the brand had with Hussle at a Wall Street Journal panel. “Working with him [Hussle], to help build the brand and to support some of the activations that he was doing in L.A. was great. We had a lot of things that were coming, and hopefully a lot of things we still do with his estate.” Petrick continued, “We’re going to continue to release some product that we’ve created with him. We’ve also got some charity activations that we’ll do to support what he was doing in Crenshaw, and trying to continue the work that he was doing through his foundation.”
Nipsey had a co-branded The Marathon Collection that was reveal in March and is slated to drop this fall.
