The legal case between Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion continues.Tory hasn’t reached a plea deal in his felony assault case against Megan in the latest update reported on Rolling Stone. The article reports he’ll have to face live testimony next month. He had a court date today (Nov. 3), and is scheduled to go back on Dec. 14 for a preliminary hearing. The publication points out the hearing is necessary to take the case to trial. On July 12, 2020, Tory shot at Megan’s feet at around 4:30 a.m. in California. Before the incident, the two got in an argument, its not clear what the argument was about. Tory was later hit with two felony charges, one for assault with a semiautomatic firearm and carrying a loaded, unregistered gun in a vehicle. RS adds he’s facing another allegation of “personally inflicted great bodily injury.”Tory is facing up to 22 years and eight months in prison if convicted. He made bail for $190,000. This summer, he violated his criminal restraining order when he appeared at Rolling Loud in Miami when Meg was on stage after DaBaby brought him out as a surprise guest. Last year, when speaking on the situation, Megan said, “I was shot in both of my feet, and I had to get surgery to get the shit taken out, get the bullets taken out. It was super scary. It was, like, just the worst experience of my life.”We’ll keep you updated! Take a look back at that time Megan stopped by Ebro In The AM!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qVOjpnG9iAAVia
