Aubrey O’Day is opening up about her alleged sexual assault at the hands of Diddy.

According to the account, Combs allegedly penetrated “her vagina, and there was another stocky light-skinned man with his penis in her mouth.” The statement also implied that she may have been drugged during the alleged encounter. O’Day alleges the incident occurred during her time working with Diddy on his reality TV show, “Making the Band.”

Speaking with PEOPLE, O’Day shared her side of the story.

“I don’t drink or anything like that,” O’Day explained. “There was no ‘Oh, I could have been,’ or ‘Oh, I was doing…’ There was none of that for me.”

Juda Engelmayer, Diddy’s spokesperson, dismissed O’Day’s claims, saying, “We will not be addressing individual allegations made in this Netflix hit piece,” Engelmayer said.

O’Day never reported the alleged assault to authorities. She said her decision “felt horrible” after the statute of limitations expired, which she realized years later.

O’Day Didn’t Want To Watch The Diddy Doc

Initially, O’ Day said she never planned to watch the docuseries. Alex Stapleton, the director of the doc, implored her to wait to watch the series.

“Don’t watch it yet,” she said, Stapleton told her. “Wait until the tour is over, or at least rehearsal.”

O’Day watched the doc anyway, and she had an instant physical reaction while viewing it.

“I was hyperventilating and in tears and sobbing,” she says.“What other people are responsible for all of this besides him? What could really possibly make a change, and so these things don’t continue to occur?” she asked.

“I don’t even know if I was raped, and I don’t want to know,” she said in the series. “I saw things, and I reached out to girls… wondering. Because I saw things and I was like, ‘Oh, that must be a thing.’”

Diddy Allegedly Sent Sexually Explicit Images And Emails To O’Day

During Making the Band, O’Day claims Diddy sent sexually explicit images and emails.

“I don’t want to just f— you, I want to turn you out,” O’Day read aloud in the doc.

“I can see you being with some motherf—– that you tell what to do. And I make my woman do what I tell her to do, and she loves it. I just want and like to do things different,” Diddy allegedly wrote. “I’m a finish watching this porn and finish masturbating. I’ll think of you. If you change your mind and get ready to do what I say, hit me,” he continued.

Dated March 23, 2008, the email included Diddy’s signature that read: “God bless. Diddy. God is the Greatest.”

O’Day says she turned down several of Diddy’s sexual advances. She also believes she was fired from Danity Kane because she refused his advances.

“I absolutely felt that I was fired for not participating sexually,” O’Day says in the documentary.

O’Day Shared Her Path Toward Healing

After relocating to Bali in 2020 for a year, O’Day discovered alternative practices that led to her healing.

“I try to operate from that place and then continue on with my day,” O’Day explains. “And I don’t know that it ever goes away. I’ve done all kinds of therapy. It doesn’t disappear. It just finds a place inside you where it becomes manageable again.”
