Diddy was rushed to an outside medical facility for emergency treatment after suffering a severe head injury during a prison brawl with a notorious Jamaican drug lord.

According to reports, sources at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Fort Dix confirmed the altercation occurred last Friday between Combs and Christopher Coke, better known as “Dudus.” The fight reportedly broke out during the 56-year-old rapper’s daily break from solitary confinement, leaving Combs with injuries significant enough to require an ambulance transport early Saturday morning.

The tension within the New Jersey facility allegedly stems from recent media reports detailing Combs’ purported “luxurious” lifestyle behind bars. Inmates were reportedly incensed by an NBC News report claiming Combs received special treatment, including massages and access to prohibited items like Hennessy and nude photographs. Following the report, prison officials conducted at least two high-intensity raids to crack down on contraband. These sweeps resulted in the confiscation of several illegal cell phones, including one belonging to Coke.

The loss of these “fringe benefits” reportedly led the Jamaican kingpin to confront Combs. Coke, who has been serving a 23-year sentence since 2012, is described by inmates as a powerful figure within the prison hierarchy. While Combs maintains a high celebrity profile, sources said Dudus is viewed as the “real kingpin” of the population and blamed the hip-hop mogul for the increased scrutiny from correctional officers.

Both men have been sentenced to two weeks in the Special Housing Unit (SHU), commonly referred to as solitary confinement, as punishment for the physical altercation. Combs was already being held in the SHU for protection and administrative reasons prior to the fight. This incident is the latest in a series of setbacks for the Bad Boy Records founder. Beyond the physical altercation, Combs was recently ordered to pay nearly $500,000 in legal fees to NBCUniversal following a failed lawsuit.

Representatives for the Bureau of Prisons have not commented on the specific medical status of the inmates, citing privacy and security protocols.

Combs remains in federal custody awaiting trial on multiple charges related to sex trafficking and racketeering.
