Diddy is facing a new lawsuit from a Hollywood photographer who claims the music mogul sexually assaulted him on the set of a commercial.
The plaintiff, whose name remains undisclosed, alleges that Diddy lured him into a trailer under the guise of a career opportunity and then coerced him into performing oral sex.
According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the photographer was working on a high-profile commercial when Diddy invited him into the trailer, implying that the meeting could advance his career. Once inside, the photographer claims Diddy made sexual advances, unzipped his pants, and made an explicit demand.
The lawsuit alleges that Diddy told him, “If you suck right, I’ll make your career take off.” The implication, the accuser claims, was that refusing would mean professional ruin.
The photographer, who identifies as straight, says he complied out of fear. After Diddy climaxed, he allegedly instructed the man to hold his semen in his mouth “like a squirrel.” When he refused, the lawsuit states, Diddy became aggressive and threatened him with physical violence before kicking him out of the trailer. The photographer returned to work, grappling with the trauma of the encounter.
The alleged incident took place in 2022 or 2023. Since then, the plaintiff claims he has suffered severe emotional and psychological distress. He is now suing Diddy for sexual battery and seeking damages.
Diddy’s legal team denies the allegations, dismissing them as baseless. In a statement to TMZ, his attorneys argued that the lawsuit is part of a pattern of unfounded claims.
“No matter how many lawsuits are filed—especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims—it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.” They added, “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
The lawsuit is the latest in a series of legal troubles for Diddy, who has faced mounting allegations in recent months. As the case unfolds, the public will be watching closely to see how the judicial system responds to yet another accusation against one of hip-hop’s most powerful figures.
