It was reported earlier this week on Hot97.com that Fabolous has been indicted on the domestic violence incident that took place between him and Emily back in March. If you remember, footage was released with the Brooklyn rapper getting into it with both Emily and her father.
In a recent turn of events, Emily’s father is willing to testify on Fabolous’ behalf if he was to go to trial. Since the incident, Fabolous has worked things out with Emily and has repaired his relationship with her father.
Fabolous is currently facing four felony charges that can get him to serve time if convicted.
