Rapper Latto’s pregnancy reveal with the upcoming Big Mama album appears to have further speculation of a long-rumored relationship with fellow Atlanta rap star 21 Savage.
Released on Friday morning (March 20), the music video for “Business & Personal” — the lead single from her upcoming album — immediately drew fans’ attention to a photograph of 21 Savage as a child next to a childhood photo of Latto in a baby scrapbook. The baby scrapbook included a pregnancy test and artwork. The scrapbook was a part of Big Mama arranging a nursery.
21 Savage’s baby photo would spread across social media instantly. Fans filled social media with screenshots from the music video for verification.
A knife tattoo on Latto’s lower back, revealed in the music video, fueled speculation about 21 Savage. Many believe that 21 appears in the “Business & Personal” video during a scene in which a tattooed man’s hand caresses Latto’s baby bump.
Neither Latto nor 21 Savage has ever confirmed a relationship. The two collaborated on 21 Savage’s latest album, What Happened To The Streets?, on the song “Pop It.”
Rumors of Latto’s pregnancy began in 2025. The reveal has received tons of congratulations from across pop culture. SZA, Bernice Burgos, and Jazze Pha were among the fans congratulating Big Mama.

A surprised Mariah The Scientist humorously claimed to be the father. “U pregnant????,” comments the singer on Latto’s Instagram post. “I’m going to be the best dad ever.”
Latto took to Instagram Live following the announcement. She could be seen in the studio, showcasing her baby bump with excitement for her upcoming album. “I’m big Mama for real,” she said while dancing around the studio.
Big Mama, her fourth album, follows 2024’s Sugar Honey Iced Tea. The forthcoming album will include 17 tracks, including “Business & Personal” and “Somebody,” available now.
Latto’s new album, Big Mama, is set for May 29.
