Ice Cube is bringing the world of Friday back to life with a one-night celebration honoring the movie’s 30th anniversary.

On July 17, Ice Cube will team with Mike Epps for Everyday’s Friday: Lyrics, Loungin’ and Laughing at the Long Beach Amphitheater. The event will blend live hip-hop and stand-up comedy, turning one of rap’s most beloved film franchises into an immersive fan experience.

Cube will perform a catalog-spanning set, while Epps revisits the humor that made his character Day-Day a fan favorite in Next Friday. West Coast legend Warren G and Houston rap icon Scarface are also on the bill.

“Friday has always been about and for the fans who made it a classic and kept it alive for nearly 30 years,” Ice Cube said in a statement. “To be able to step back out there with Mike Epps and bring that energy to the stage for a one-night-only experience in Long Beach is special.”

He added, “This show represents the beginning of the next chapter.”

Epps said the franchise continues to resonate with audiences. “Every day for the last 30 years someone has told me how much they loved the Friday franchise and how much the characters mean to them,” he said. “To reunite with Cube and bring this one-night-only experience to the fans is incredible.”

Released in 1995 and starring Ice Cube and Chris Tucker, Friday became a cornerstone of hip-hop culture. A Live Nation presale begins May 14, with general ticket sales opening May 15 through Ticketmaster.
