J. Cole Drops 8 Bonus Songs On ‘Forest Hills Drive’ 10th Anniversary Edition

In celebration of the 10th anniversary of his acclaimed 2014 Forest Hills Drive album, J. Cole is releasing eight previously released bonus songs. The songs were from the album’s sessions and will only be available on vinyl and CD.

Taking to Instagram, Cole gave a breakdown of the bonus tracks.

FHD 10th anniversary edition with 8 unreleased songs. Forest Hills Drive was a double album at one point in time during the finishing process. This anniversary edition contains 8 of the songs that were included in that version. Available digitally tomorrow. 12pm Eastern www . inevitable . live. Thank you for the love. See you at the Garden,” Cole wrote.

Staying in celebratory mode, the Dreamville rapper recently announced a one-night-only event held at Madison Square Garden. Presented by Chase and produced by Live Nation, the concert will take place on Monday, December 16. 

Additionally, Cole dropped Friday Night Lights,  his classic mixtape on all streaming platforms. The re-release is in concert with the fifth episode of his audio podcast series  Inevitable, which explores the making of the mixtape.

“This is a very special moment for me. Been waiting patiently for this day, like a lot of yall have. I wanna say Thank you to everybody out there that kept these projects alive,” Cole wrote. “Even during all the years, they were not on streaming services, especially this project right here. “Friday Nights Lights” is finally available now on all platforms.”

“To have a full idea of what this means for me personally, you would have to know the whooole journey. This Inevitable series we doing is that,” he added.

Cole also announced that the Dreamville Festival will return to Raleigh, North Carolina, on Saturday, April 5, and Sunday, April 6, 2025, for its fifth anniversary.

Last year, the festival enjoyed its biggest year yet, attracting more than 104,000+ attendees from across the globe to watch some of the biggest names in hip-hop and R&B.

The 10th Anniversary Edition of 2014 Forest Hills Drive is currently available only on Cole’s Inevitable webstore.
