Megan Thee Stallion recently visited South Korea following the release of her deluxe album, MEGAN: ACT II. On Saturday (Nov.9), the rapper posted a photo dump of her recent trip. Megan has publicly acknowledged her love of anime so it’s no surprise she was sporting a Sailor Moon costume. The character comes from a popular Japanese manga series that later became an animated TV series.
“Bad & Hot like Meg [butterfly emoji] [heart emoji].” The post references lyrics from her Mamushi remix with South Korean pop group, TWICE. The Houston hottie dropped off MEGAN: ACT II on October 25. Working both as a deluxe album and a continuation of the MEGAN series, features several new tracks. One track, in particular, “Bigger In Texas” has been getting a reaction from the hotties and casual listeners alike.
Megan Thee Stallion Tells Her Truth With ‘In Her Words’ Documentary
Released on Oct.31 via Amazon Prime In Her Words chronicles Megan Thee Stallion’s early life and meteoric rise to fame. The nearly two-hour doc also details the 2020 shooting incident with Tory Lanez, which left her with bullet fragments in her feet. However, one of the more heartbreaking moments happened when the rapper detailed her mother’s health battles and 2019 death.
While on the red carpet for the movie’s premiere at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, her late mother’s spirit gave her the strength to be vulnerable. “I really feel like I drew a lot of strength from my mom,” she told an MSN reporter. “I know my mama was super outspoken and she was super tough, and I feel like once I found my mom’s voice in myself, I was like, ‘Go out there and tell them people exactly who you are.’ That’s what we’re doing today.”
