Quavo found humor in a chaotic moment during his trip to Thailand, referencing Kodak Black’s recent viral freestyle after being mobbed by an eager crowd. The former Migos rapper was in the country to perform at Rolling Loud Thailand 2024 alongside Tyga, Waka Flocka, and headliner A$AP Rocky.
On Monday, November 25th, Quavo shared highlights from his trip on Instagram, including a clip of the hectic encounter. In the video, the Georgia native is seen tightly surrounded by his entourage as fans swarm him on a busy street. Staying lighthearted amid the chaos, Quavo echoed Kodak Black’s now-famous freestyle, shouting, “No, no, no! I don’t want no sex! I don’t want it,” with a grin on his face.
While Thailand is often associated with “sex tourism,” there’s no confirmation that any of the individuals in the crowd were sex workers. Quavo’s playful reaction appears to have been inspired purely by the absurdity of the situation.
The Kodak Black freestyle he referenced went viral during a recent livestream with Twitch star Kai Cenat. In the clip, Kodak rapped about rejecting sexual advances, leaving Cenat stunned. The rapper later revealed he had been under the influence of Percocet during the performance.
Beyond his trip to Thailand, Quavo has been busy with music. He recently teamed up with The Kid LAROI for the singer’s latest single, “Slow It Down.” The track features Quavo advising a slower approach in relationships, with the memorable line, “Slow motion better than no motion.”
Quavo’s Thailand adventure showcased his ability to handle high-pressure situations with humor and style, all while staying true to his laid-back persona.
