SZA may have just dropped a major hint about appearing on Cardi B’s next album, and fans are losing it. After Cardi revealed the title, Am I The Drama?, and its release date, SZA jumped in her comments with a teasing message: “Lemme send this verse chile.” The moment immediately sent social media into a frenzy, with many wondering if a new collab is on the way.
Cardi and SZA already have a history of working together. They first linked up in 2018 for “I Do” on Invasion of Privacy and later reunited for the extended cut of Summer Walker’s “No Love” and a remix of Flo Milli’s “Never Lose Me.” So, the idea of them teaming up again isn’t far-fetched—and fans are hopeful it’ll happen on Cardi’s highly-anticipated sophomore project.
Titled Am I The Drama?, Cardi’s second album is officially set to arrive on September 19th, 2025. Along with the announcement, the Bronx rapper revealed the album’s cover art, where she’s dressed in a dramatic red look and flanked by a murder of crows, hinting at a darker, bolder era.
Cardi has been building hype around this release for months. Back in April, she opened up about the collaborations on the album, saying, “The features on my album are really good… some that I have worked before and some that I haven’t worked before. And the ones that I have not worked before, I feel like it’s gonna really, really surprise y’all.”
She hasn’t confirmed any names yet, but the buzz is real. With a mysterious vibe and some possible big-name appearances, Am I The Drama? is already shaping up to be one of the year’s most talked-about releases.
