Young Thug speaks on his current relationship with Gunna.

In a recent interview, Young Thug was asked about where things currently stand between him and Gunna. When questioned, “What’s that relationship like now?” Thug responded, “I know everybody’s wondering that… I don’t know.”

While Thug may claim he doesn’t “know” the current status of his friendship with Gunna, fans believe otherwise. Many are convinced the rapper threw subtle shots at his former friend on his new album, Uy Scuti. During a collaboration with Future, “Money On Money,” Thug raps “these fuck n-ggas tellin’ for nothin’, and I gotta be the one callin’ ’em friends,”

”Brother, you a rat (My brother).” —followed by, “Twin, you a rat, you smoked, uh.” 

During a previous interview, Gunna shared his thoughts on people’s perspective of the ‘snitching’ allegations and allegedly turning his back on Young Thug. “I definitely feel like everybody’s been misled. And like, you know, when you’re being misled, you got a choice to follow or make your own decisions. And that’s what is being shown right now. You’re being a follower or you’re being neutral to be like, ‘I don’t know what their business is or what they really got goin’ on.”

During that same interview Gunna says he and Thug’s relationship is “the same. It’s love, always. Our relationship is our relationship.”
