There’s been another development in the YSL case, and it might come as a shock: Nicole Fegan, the defense lawyer for one of the co-defendants, Tenquarius Mender, who was charged alongside Young Thug regarding allegations of racketeering, among other things, has been arrested.
According to reports, Fegan was arrested on suspicion that she contacted a suspect — from another case — and warned him of impending charges and active warrants back in 2022. It was also alleged that she told the unnamed suspect to ditch his phone. Shortly after, she was arrested and taken into custody in Gwinnett County. Authorities speculated that she participated in a “gang activity” and was involved in tampering with evidence, a spokesperson with the Atlanta Police Department said Friday.
