It has been reported that Chance The Rapper and ex-girlfriend Kirsten Corley came to an agreement in their custody and child support battle of their 18-month-old daughter, Kensli.

The two had initially reached an agreement back in June but this was when they were still living together, and things have since changed. Because of this, they decided to return to court for a new agreement, and apparently they did so quickly and easily, they are receiving praise from their respective lawyers for their maturity.

“The parties have reached a full agreement. The case is concluded,” Chance’s lawyer Tanya Stanish said. “I’m going to give major credit to Chance and Kirsten for working together to reach a deal that’s fair for their daughter, fair for them both.”

Kristen’s lawyer added:

“This case ended quickly because of the unusually high level of cooperation between the parents putting their child’s best interest first. Really, that’s the way it should be done. And when you settle between yourselves, you leave nothing to chance.”
