Kendrick Lamar is seeing great success with his most recent album DAMN. K. Dot fans could be in store for more music very soon.
During a recent visit at Best Buy in Compton, he gave a short and sweet comment that sent a tremor into the hip hop world once again.
“I got some more music coming.”
There have been rumors all week that Kendrick wasn’t done releasing music, with the most recent buzz being a release on Easter Sunday. That never happened, but the rumors did not stop as Kid Capri put out another hint during a recent interview with Mass Appeal.
“I think they’ve got some more stuff—there are some more things—coming out later, but for right now, that’s what happened.
Yes, absolutely. There’s a gang of stuff that hasn’t been used yet. That’s why I said I think he’s doing something later on, or he might be doing something for his show, but there’s a lot of stuff that I put out there.”
His album is on track to beat Drake’s first week numbers with 530,000 to 550,000 equivalent albums sold in a week.
