If you’re a fan of Insecure, you know exactly what we’re talking about when we’re asking: ‘WHERE’S NATHAN?’
For those of you who have no clue, don’t worry and keep reading as you may have experienced this particular issue in REAL LIFE.
To make a long story short, Issa has made a love connection with a new guy (Nathan) and he’s been pretty consistent throughout the last two episodes, however, after exchanging “I really like you’s” while in bed, things shifted.
Sound familiar ladies?
Keep in mind Nathan initiated the conversation while Issa Rae was in a completely different zone when this “I really like you” conversation took place.
Nathan looked over at Issa with those pretty green eyes asking “How do you know when it’s real” (referring to their newfound like/love for each other).
While Issa was completely transparent and open about her feelings saying that it feels REAL and telling him she liked him back after he said it with so much conviction, the next day she didn’t hear from him.
Where’s Nathan?
Issa didn’t trip, she texted and called him regularly but never heard back, all to find out that he’s alive and spoke to someone else in the process.
That someone else was just Issa’s LYFT job confirming an altercation that Nathan was a part of in Issa’s car the night they met.
Either way, WHY did Nathan go missing on Issa?
We know he’s alive, but why is he now being distant?
