Award-Winning Journalist Larry King Dies At Age 87

Larry King the award-winning journalist has passed away, his reps confirmed it on his Twitter page. Although his cause of death has not been revealed, King was recently hospitalized battling with the coronavirus. 

King’s career spanned 63 years across radio, digital media, and television platforms. His show, “Larry King Live”,  ran on CNN for 25 years, where he interviewed an array of guests including Presidents, musicians, wrestlers, and more. 

King also had other shows under his belt including, “Larry King Now” and “Politicking with Larry King” which were created under his company Ora Media. 

Throughout his career, King has won numerous awards including 10 cable ACE awards, two Peabody awards, and he was inducted into the National Radio Hall of Fame and the Broadcasting Hall of Fame.
