Jeezy denies accusations of being physically abusive to his estranged wife, Jeannie Mai.

According to court documents, Mai is accusing Jeezy – whom she shares a daughter with – of being physically abusive and child neglect. Mai is accusing the rapper of at least four instances of physical abuse and says he “had a history of violence and recklessness that put their family in danger.”

Mai reportedly removed their two-year-old daughter, Monaco, from their Atlanta home. Reports claim the daughter she was seen with Jeezy’s Louis Vuitton bag that allegedly contained an AK-47 in Oct. of 2023.

Mai also says Jeezy assaulted her multiple times over the years they’ve been together. The two got married in 2021. In 2022, Mai claims the couple were sitting inside a parked car when threw insults at her. She claims he then hit her in the face with a closed fist. Mai said the punch allegedly caused a hemorrhage.

In another incident, the couple were at the Ritz Carlton when Jeezy reportedly pushed Jeannie down the stairs. Each time of abuse “was reported to a pastor, counsel, and close friend” according to the court documents.

Following reports of the allegations, Jeezy released a statement shutting down these claims.

“The allegations are not only false, but also deeply disturbing, especially coming from someone I loved,” Jeezy said in the statement. “This malicious attempt to tarnish my character and disrupt my family is ridiculous. It’s disheartening to witness the manipulation and deceit at play and at this time my main concern is being an active father to our daughter as I continue to fight for court mandated joint custody. Rest assured, the truth will prevail through the proper legal channels.”

Jeannie has yet to speak about publicly about her claims.
