COVID-19 was delaying the production of ABC’s For Life, executive produced by 50 Cent, but now it’s a go!

Over the summer it was announced that it got renewed for season two, but filming had to come to a halt after an undisclosed number of people on set reportedly tested positive for the coronavirus. Fif wasn’t too bothered by the news, since Power Book II: Ghost has been getting great reviews. This is how how he reacted when he found out the show had to stop filming:

“oh yeah what ever, POWER’s on watch now. #STARZPLAY get the app.” Take a look:

Now it looks like production for For Life is back again and it’s set to premiere in the fall. Reported on Deadline, ABC is moving forward with showing For Life. They had to make a few adjustments in order to make it happen. The show Stumptown has been canceled and The Rookie is pushed back. The cast is still under a hiatus while some are fighting the coronavirus.

Take a look at what 50 Cent had to say:

“Sorry ‘Stomptown’ i need that spot. no hard feelings it’s just business #ABC #bransoncognac#STARZ.”
