Cardi B does it again!

The New York native has been making noise with her single “Bodak Yellow.” Now she is the first hip hop artist not named Nicki Minaj to have a track inside the top 10 in the Billboard Hot 100.

How important is this?

She’s the first female rapper to hit the top 10 with her debut single since Iggy Azalea did it with her single “Fancy” in 2014. It is also the highest charting single by a female rapper since Nicki Minaj’s “Anaconda.”

On top of that it’s the fastest growth on top of the top 100 from a female solo artist since Meghan Trainor’s hit “All About That Bass.”

Cardi B Learned of the news and decided to have a nice little reaction to the achievement.
