DaBaby received a lot of backlash after a recent slapping altercation he was involved in.
We covered the story, a fan flashed a light in DaBaby’s eye and as a reaction, he smacked the person holding the phone. DaBaby claims he acted in self-defense and didn’t know he smacked a woman, whose name isn’t being released due to Marsy’s Law.
He’s offering $10 k for anyone with another video that shows a different angle of the altercation. He also made a video apologizing to the unidentified woman.
TSR captured a screenshot of DaBaby chiming in on a comment an online user said. DaBaby posted a recap of his show in Grand Rapids and someone online responded in the comment section and said, “who else you got hit? DaBaby replied and said, “imma hit yo momma, from the back.”
The woman who was slapped by DaBaby can file charges with the state attorney’s office. At the time of the incident, she reportedly declined medical treatment and didn’t have any visible wounds.
