Can DMX’s music sway the judge?
The rapper is currently awaiting his sentence after pleading guilty to tax fraud after failing to pay over $1.7 million over five years.
According to reports, while facing a five year sentence, his lawyer Murray Richman is hoping to give the judge some understanding by playing his music in the courtroom in hopes that he can “understand genuinely in his voice.”
The question is which track will he choose?
Will it be “Slippin’” or “Stop Being Greedy.” “Lord Give Me A Sign” or “Who We Be?”
I guess we will find out tomorrow as he is scheduled back in court on March 29.
