Dr. Dre is still making moves.
The super producer is reportedly working on a movie based on r&b singer Marvin Gaye.
According to Variety, the project is still in its early stages, but one major hurdle was jumped as the late singer’s music has been secured.
Gaye is best known for tracks such as “Sexual Healing,” and “Let’s Get It On.” He left the world too soon after being shot by his father in 1984 resulting in his death at age 44.
Dr. Dre’s last big film project was as producer of the hit movie Straight Outta Compton.
