According to Bossip Brooklyn rapper Fabolous has officially been charged with aggravated assault in the third degree along with a count of making terroristic threats in the third degree.
Fabolous has been under speculation for physically assaulting the mother of his kids, Emily B., as well as threatening the livelihood of both her father and brother.
Over the weekend a video of Fabolous surfaced the Internet confirming the threats he made to Emily B’s father and brother.
In the police complaint made by Emily B. she claims Fabolous punched her in the face seven times causing her two front teeth to be surgically removed. The mother of three also has text messages from Fabolous claiming he would hit her in the head with a baseball bat.
If convicted, Fabolous may face three-to five years in state prison with $15,000 in fines.
The rapper is set to appear in court sometime this month.
