Fetty Wap has a legal situation on his hands.
We covered the story, back in Sept. the “1738” rapper was arrested for punching several employees at The Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. He was arrested and later released on bail.
Today (Oct. 19), it’s reported that Fetty Wap has been charged for hitting a security guard from the Sept. altercation. The rapper was hit with one count of misdemeanor battery.
TMZ captured footage of the brawl. In the video, things were going smooth until the men who appear to be security, tried to prevent Fetty from leaving the area. More security appears the situation erupts, and Fetty eventually throws a punch.
