After 14 years, Disney’s Pixar released the sequel to The Incredibles and audiences, both young and old ate it up.
According to CNN, Incredibles 2 broke animation box office records pulling in $183.2 million opening weekend domestically, beating the record previously held by Finding Dory two years ago by $50 million.
Internationally, the movie has already made a whopping $231.5 million. It turns out kids weren’t the only ones going to see the film — a reported 33{347b3eab01faeb3048b2b7ab2b58c469963f1a36dd9436ceff3f6050f82e3ac3} of ticket sales were purely adults.
