Bob McNair is still taking the heat over his brash comments referencing NFL players kneeling during the National Anthem.

During a closed off meeting, the Houston Texans owner stated: “We can’t have inmates running the prison.”

When his statement hit news outlets, McNair resorted to apologizing, however, his harsh words left an impact on the world, including his players.

Majority of the Houston Texans took a knee during the National Anthem this Sunday, and Jay Z had a lot to say about McNair at his latest concert before performing ‘The Story of O.J’

“[They’re] injuring themselves on the field, giving it all they got, That’s how they look at you. That’s what they think about you. We got so much further to go. The truth is we all believe in whatever you believe in. God, Allah. Whatever you believe in, we come from one source which means we are all brothers and sisters at the end of the day.”
