A huge congratulations are in order for Lil Kim!
The Queen Bee is the 2019 recipient of the ‘I Am Hip-Hop’ award at this year’s BET Hip- Hop Awards. She is receiving this honor for her contribution to shaping the standard for female rappers of today.
Lil Kim was discovered by the late Notorious B.I.G and was a part of Junior Mafia before pursuing her solo rap career in 1996.
Kim’s debut studio album, ‘Hardcore’ has three rap number one hits which were “No Time”, Not Tonight (Ladies Night Remix), and “Crush On You,” and it’s was certified Double Platinum.
Lil Kim is getting ready to release her fifth studio album called 9 and she has a single dropping on Friday. She shared the news in an Instagram post, see below.
