Lil Xan has been really open about his journey to sobriety.

Earlier this year he let fans know that he’s getting help.

Now he’s letting everyone know that he relapsed. In an IG post, he advised people dealing with the same struggle to not feel ashamed.

He says withdrawals feesl like “death.” Although its a challenge for him now, he’s determined to get better. He’s making a promise to his fans.

After the tragic passings of Mac Miller and Lil Peep, this is a huge step for artists to talk about getting clean. Often times in their rap songs they talk about getting high, but the reality is, that’s not a lifestyle one should want to live day in and day out.
