We recently reported that Nipsey Hussle’s sister, Samantha Smith, was seeking guardianship of the late Nipsey Hussle’s 10-year-old daughter, Emani. Samantha asked to become Emani’s legal guardian so she could “continue to live with family members with whom she has always had close ties.”
Well, seemingly, Nipsey’s brother, Samiel Asghedom, also known as Black Sam, completely supports his sister. Black Sam reportedly filed a declaration in her favor. According to reports, he has “personal knowledge of the facts set forth in this declaration.”
It was also reported that Nipsey’s father, Dawit Asghedom, also supports Samantha in obtaining guardianship.
Emani’s mother, Chyna Hussle, would have to agree to let Smith be her daughters guardian, it would have to be proven that Chyna Hussle unfit to care for her child.
