R. Kelly can’t call one of his rich lady friends to get him out of jail this time.

The singer was reportedly denied bail.

Prosecutors are requesting for R. Kelly to be held at the MCC until his hearing in NY begins.

Federal prosecutors “revealed that they are in possession of three tapes which show the singer raping a girl, 14, and then subjecting her to ‘sadomasochistic abuse,’” according to a report.

The victim from the 2008 rape case is now cooperating with police, which could work against R. Kelly this time around since he was acquitted in 2008. She has five wittiness to corroborate her story.

The complaint claims that R. Kelly made four videos of himself raping an underage woman and then gave the family money and gifts to “buy their silence,” back in 2008.

R. Kelly is also accused of aggravated criminal abuse and sexual exploitation of a child in the indictment, with all charges stemming from his alleged assaults of five minor females.
