Robert Kelly is still hurting from getting beat up in his jail cell last month.

An inmate went into R. Kelly’s cell and beat him up after being frustrated that the jail would get put on lockdown when R. Kelly protestors marched outside the jail. The inmate almost stabbed the singer with a pen, but R. Kelly didn’t suffer and serious injuries. He was placed in solitary confinement after the fight, and his lawyers tried to get him out on bail, but a judge denied it since they removed the inmate to another facility.
