An arrest warrant has been issued for Sean Kingston.

According to reports, Kingston has allegedly failed to pay for jewelry that was delivered to his home and has been charged with grand theft.  As reported in Complex, as per TMZ, the police are not planning to pursue the singer but will leave his warrant in the system.

This isn’t the first time that the “Letting Go” singer has faced these issues. In February 2018, a judge had ordered him to pay $301,500 to a jewelry store in New York City called Aqua Master. It was stated that Kingston never paid for nine pieces of jewelry and also gave two checks that couldn’t be cashed due to insufficient funds.

If convicted, Kingston can face up to three years in prison.
