Steve J. wants Joseline to let him see their 2-year-old daughter, Bonnie Bella.
According to him, she’s violating their custody arrangement.
Reported on The Blast, Stevie J. claims Joseline consistently prohibited regular visitation and parenting time. He says that after they Joseline and Bella moved to Miami from Georgia with him, he went down there five times to see his daughter and was denied each time.
Stevie J. ended up filing docs requesting the court find Joseline in contempt of court. He’s accusing her of ”breaching their deal by not allowing his liberal visitation with their kid.”
He’s also upset because he’s not involved in important decision making such as religion and education.
Joseline is denying all of the claims. She’s also asking the judge to throw out the case.
Hopefully, they can come to an agreement for the sake of Bonnie!
