Back In 2015 a video surfaced showing Knight putting his car in reverse and hitting one man, and then driving forward and hitting Carter, which led to his death.

Knight will receive a credit for the time he has already served which was 3 ½ years while he was awaiting trial. He will also be on parole for 3 years following his sentencing.

Suge stated it wasn’t his intentions to hit either men, but that he was just escaping the scene as he thought both men were about to shoot at him.
