Could it be a wrap on Sza’s career?
2017 was a big year for the singer. Her long awaited debut album CTRL went platinum, and was released to great success, and rave reviews from her fans and music community.
Her sophomore effort could be her last.
During an interview with Flaunt magazine, the singer claims that she is going to call it quits following the release of her next album.
“I’m still miserable,” she says. “My world got so much smaller so fast. I have so much to write about. I feel like I’m in a cage. I’m making the best album of my life for this next album and I know that… because it’s going to be my last album.”
Back in 2016 she expressed similar sentiments by telling the world that she was ready to quit.
“I actually quit. @iamstillpunch can release my album if he ever feels like it. Y’all be blessed.”
During an interview with Ebro in the Morning she expressed the reason for the tweet, and the amount of stress she was under while recording the album.
