This week, Rosenberg sat down with Vic Mensa for a very interesting conversation about Chi-Town on his weekly show Open Late.
During the conversation, he gave his opinion of Kanye West’s endorsement of Donald Trump, and saying “slavery was a choice.”
“I hope he addresses that shit in a real way, and can speak to some of those things he said that were damaging to us,” he said. “Maybe there was a lot more to it, but the idea of slavery being a choice, just like statements like that kind of being put out without so much context is really damaging for us.”
