Kanye West is known for having an open mind, especially on the internet, but a few of his recent tweets are not quite proving true in recent days.

Over the weekend he spoke to Extra where he told the world that his wife Kim Kardashian was actually heading to law school.

“My wife is in law school now, and it’s extremely serious to us,” he said excited for using her celebrity for activism. “I love it, I love it. That’s all we focus on, helping people that don’t have a voice, breaking down the class system.”

According to Page Six, a spokesperson revealed that he misspoke and that she would not actually be attending, but focusing on her activism.

A rep for Kardashian clarified that she is not in school but rather she’s deeply involved in prison reform and likened her work to attending school.

On Sunday (Sep 9), Kanye told the world that he would be teaching a course at the Art Institute of Chicago and the American Academy of Art.

Unfortunately, that is something that has been denied by representatives of the school when asked by the Chicago Tribune.

“We’re flattered that Mr. West would have an interest in teaching emerging artists and designers at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago,” they said. “However, Mr. West is not currently teaching at SAIC, and at this time, there are no plans for him to do so.”

Maybe he is just putting all of it into the universe to one day come true. Or we are just living in an alternate reality afterall.
