The queen of hip-hop soul showed off sexy glam shots from Grammy weekend and paid homage to Jay Z. In the caption, she quoted Hov’s “Izzo (H.O.V.A.)” and showed off a variety of beautiful looks.
In the post, Mary wrote, “Show ’em how to move in a room full of vultures. Industry shady it need to be taken over. Label owners hate me. I’m raisin the status quo up. In other Mary news, earlier this year, the 51-year-old singer signed an agreement with B.E.T. to create unscripted and scripted content through her company, Blue Butterfly Productions, according to Variety. The first project is a talk show hosted by Mary called “The Wine Down.” It’ll feature “some of Hollywood’s most popular and outspoken people in entertainment, sports, social media, and politics to have unfiltered and controversial conversations over an uncorked bottle of wine,” the report says. Taraji P. Henson and Yung Miami are set to be the first guests, with no air date yet.
