As you know, Sean “Diddy” Combs has been under investigation for sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
Hot97 reported that he was arrested last Monday, September 16th, at the Park Hyatt Hotel. Since then, the mogul has been detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. Nonetheless, the saga continues as more evidence comes to light.
As reported by TMZ, a former sex worker affiliated with Combs has turned over an alleged “freak off” tape to federal prosecutors. Sources claim that the male sex worker signed a proffer agreement on Wednesday, allowing him to speak with investigators without risk of legal consequences. Reportedly, they mainly discussed the mogul’s alleged “freak offs,” detailing his experience. Diddy supposedly forced the man into a threesome with him and another woman.
Consent disputed amid allegations
Additionally, the man described that drug use was a prime factor of the operation, explaining to authorities which drugs were being used. He also discussed what the feds would see on the tape. The alleged encounter took place in May 2023, where the sex worker claims he traveled from Atlanta to Miami to meet with Diddy and a woman. According to the worker, he engaged in sexual activity with her while Diddy recorded the interaction. Notably, what’s interesting about this is the worker’s claims seemingly align with Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, who argues that the “freak offs” were strictly threesomes, conducted in a consensual manner.
