DMX decided to plead guilty to only one count of tax fraud Thursday after being arrested five months ago for the charge.

Back in July, the rapper was arrested on 14 counts of tax fraud. He pleaded not guilty at the time.

According to Associated Press, he faces up to five years in prison. His sentencing is set to happen on March 29th as he is in rehab battling drug and alcohol problems.

“I’m responsible… I failed to file taxes,” he said in court as he admitted that there were “people in charge of me” that failed to report the taxes over the years of 2010 and 2015.
