One off guard LA officer opened fired on a group of teenagers in a recent video that has surfaced the internet. In the video you can see the officer tussling with the teens. There’s at least six teens being surrounded by this one man. As a result of this, two juveniles were arrested. The man who by the way never identified himself as an officer or pulled out a badge was not arrested. No one was hurt.
